Key Account Manager (2 positions - B2B & B2C)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2B (HORECO) or B2C accounts (e.g., supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, retail chains).

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Sales Strategy & Growth

    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand product penetration.

    • Actively prospect and pursue new B2B/B2C opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Customer Engagement

    • Understand customer needs, industry trends, and strategic goals.

    • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver integrated solutions.

    • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product presentations.

  • Performance Monitoring

    • Analyze account performance and provide regular updates and reports.

    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B/B2C sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
