Description

Wellaway is Singapore’s first and largest HAS- registered e-Pharmacy. We work with clinics, medical groups and telemedicine providers to fulfil their e-Prescriptions and home delivery. The key account manager will manage, develop new and existing accounts to drive the growth of Wellaway business.


Job Responsibilities and Duties


· Manage and develop account plans for new & existing accounts to drive growth


· Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers to understand their business model, goals & challenges


· Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts


· Identify collaboration opportunities and develop campaigns with key accounts to ensure portfolio growth


· Work closely with management to maximise opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies


· Gather market insights on product pricing gaps for potential collaboration opportunities


· Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition


Job Requirements


· Minimum 5 years sales experience; ideally in healthcare or medtech


· Strong ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Executive decision makers


· Responsible for overseeing client relations, contracts, onboarding, renewals, and growth


· Strong communications & negotiation skills


· Experienced in market intel gathering & developing sales campaigns will be an added advantage
