Description
1. RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage high-value, multi-million-dollar accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers and C-level executives, in top-tier organizations.
- Drive growth through strategic upselling by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships, maximizing value for both clients and the business.
- Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract.
- Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders…
- Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.
- Manage customer and partner data on the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Other tasks assigned.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven account management or other relevant experience (05+ years).
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Hard-working and self-accountable.
- Experience with Ecommerce projects is a plus.
