Responsibilities
Support the Operation Team to understand clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project.
Participate in developing creative concepts and proposals in line with client briefs and budget constraints.
Source and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
Monitor website and social media, carry out regular reviews to update resources, such as toolkits/guidelines/brand application for clients.
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the Marketing Executives by maintaining regular contact with both.
Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Negotiating with clients about the details of campaigns.
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
Handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
Writing client reports.
Overseeing and monitoring progress activities on several digital marketing campaigns at the same time.
Delivering and ensuring client satisfaction within the budget allocated.
Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks.
Drive and manage project end-to-end delivery including requirement, design, testing, and deployment.
Plan test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within the project timeline.
Taking minutes and ensuring proper documentation of client requests to manage delays arising from clients or vendors.
Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Undertaking administration tasks.
Arranging and attending meetings.
Help with the “sales pitches”, with other team members, to try to win new business for the Company.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
Client-focused and service-oriented mindset.
Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
