Role Overview
Title: Sales Executive (Influencer Marketing)
Type: Full-time, based in Singapore
Focus: New business acquisition for Confetti’s influencer marketing, UGC, content and livestream solutions.
Reporting to: Founder
You will be expected to proactively generate your own leads, build a pipeline, and close new brand accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new brand clients for influencer marketing, UGC production, and livestream commerce campaigns across platforms.
Leverage your existing network of brand and agency contacts to open doors, secure meetings, and help pitch Confetti’s solutions.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client goals (awareness, performance, sales) and recommend the right mix of influencers, UGC, and livestream activations.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clear revenue and margin targets.
Work closely with the account and operations team to ensure smooth handover from closed deal to campaign execution and reporting.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM/spreadsheets and provide regular revenue forecasts and activity updates.
Stay updated on influencer, social, and livestream trends in Singapore to identify timely opportunities for brands.
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in sales or business development in influencer marketing / creator / social media / digital marketing, preferably in an agency or platform environment.
Proven track record selling influencer or creator-led solutions (e.g. KOL campaigns, UGC packages, social content, livestream campaigns) to brands.
Existing network or book of contacts (can be small) with brands, marketing managers, or media agencies in sectors such as e-commerce, beauty, fashion, F&B, or lifestyle is a must.
Strong hunter mentality: self-starter, comfortable with cold outreach, social selling, and hitting ambitious new business targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify influencer/UGC/livestream concepts into clear business value for clients.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with lean processes and high ownership.
