Key Responsibilities


1. Develop and manage omni-channel retail and eCommerce presence



  • Identify, approach, and secure new listings in supermarkets, chain stores, and independent retail outlets across Singapore


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers


  • Coordinate product listing, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and stock replenishment


  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and in-store execution


  • Drive sales performance and implement strategies to grow offline retail channels



2. Drive B2B and bulk sales growth



  • Source and develop new corporate and institutional clients (e.g. childcare centres, hospitals, tuition centres, insurance companies, and other organisations)


  • Present suitable product ranges and customised proposals to meet clients’ needs


  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, to closing


  • Build long-term partnerships to secure recurring and bulk orders


  • Achieve assigned B2B sales targets and expand the corporate customer base



Job Requirements :



  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, Experience in modern trade, general trade, or B2B / key account management is highly preferred


  • Min 2-4 years working experience in managing omni-channel sales (retail, distribution, and corporate sales)


  • Prior exposure to baby, kids, maternity, FMCG, or retail industry will be an advantage
