About the Role::
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial and marketing activities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a junior professional seeking hands-on exposure within the luxury retail environment and looking to build a strong foundation across sales operations, client support, and marketing coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
Maintain, update, and analyse client and sales data, including KPIs, using CRM, Excel, and internal systems
Prepare regular sales reports and assist with stock monitoring and product tracking
Coordinate day-to-day support for customer inquiries and B2B accounts
Oversee after-sales service coordination to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Prepare sales materials such as presentations, product information sheets, and quotations
Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
Liaise closely with sales, logistics, finance, and retail teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and events
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials across retail and partner channels
Prepare marketing and sales support materials, including presentations, product sheets, and visuals
Assist with content coordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates
Manage timelines and asset deliverables for shopping malls and external partners
Support event logistics, Public Relations activities, and KOL/influencer gifting
Prepare post-activation reports and analyse marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
Liaise with the regional marketing team to ensure brand alignment and timely execution
Requirement:
2–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of high-end luxury standards and client expectations
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
