Head of Wholesale & Procurement
Commercial Leadership
- Lead
the wholesale business unit with full responsibility for revenue growth, gross profit (GP), and
market expansion. - Develop
and execute commercial
strategies to drive wholesale sales performance and improve
overall profitability. - Oversee pricing strategy, margin management, and
product positioning across wholesale channels. - Direct monthly sales forecasting and demand
planning to align inventory, procurement, and sales targets. - Provide
leadership and operational support to the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
and KPIs.
Procurement & Supply Strategy
- Lead global sourcing and procurement
negotiations to secure competitive purchase costs and maximize
margins. - Establish
and maintain strategic
partnerships with key vendors, distributors, and brand partners. - Analyse
market demand, supply trends, and product lifecycle to guide data-driven purchasing decisions. - Optimize landed cost structures (product cost +
logistics + shipping) to maintain sustainable profitability. - Identify
and secure new product
launches and market opportunities to strengthen product
portfolio.
Inventory & Product Strategy
- Manage
inventory lifecycle including stock
acquisition, allocation, and clearance strategies. - Implement bundle and promotional strategies to
accelerate sell-through of slow-moving or legacy inventory. - Ensure
consistent product availability to support wholesale and retail sales
channels.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Lead
marketplace growth strategy for Amazon, focusing on revenue growth and brand visibility. - Manage digital promotions, advertising
campaigns, and marketplace analytics to optimize sales
performance. - Oversee
official brand storefronts
and product listings, including pricing optimization and
promotional planning.
