2 Months Part-Time Digital & E-commerce Assistant

Job Scope:

• Support the team in setting up and adapting EDM templates for South Asia markets.
• Use Photoshop to resize and adapt campaign visuals and banners for EDMs and marketplace stores.
• Support marketplace setup, including product listings, content uploads and campaign pages.
• Test EDMs before sending, including links, layout, images and content accuracy.
• Test website and promotion setups before campaigns go live, and report any issues found.
• Support general admin work, such as updating trackers, organising campaign assets and preparing simple reports.
• Provide ad hoc support for Q4 campaigns as required by the team.

Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree in marketing or related discipline with proficiency in photoshop
Exposure to eCommerce, online marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) or EDM/email marketing tools is a plus.
Commitment Period: 2 Nov to 31 Dec , able to commit 2-3 days per week
