Accounts Executive/Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive / Assistant to join our Finance team. You will support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, payments, cash flow management and financial reporting across Sprint-Cass Group ofCompanies in a dynamic retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.             Responsible for inter-company recoverable expenses

2.             Perform Cash& Credit receipt in Accounts Receivable

3.             Perform reconciliation for POS, Bank, E-Commerce, Intercompany and Suppliertransactions

4.            Verify and inpu tall vendor invoices and staff claims into the accounting system.

5.             Process monthly e-payments and ensure accuracy

6.             PerformConsignment Supplier settlement

7.             Perform SalesSubmission to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong Airport systems

8.             Manage weekly cash flow

9.             Prepare and submit GST workings

10.          Prepare monthlyAudit Schedule

11.          Prepare monthlyFinancial and Management Reports

12.          Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1)            Nitec, LCCIDiploma in accounting OR other equivalent professional certificate

2)            Min. 1-3 years of relevant of accounts experiences preferable in Retail/E-Commerce industry

3)            Strong understanding on retail and distribution accounting

4)            Good communication and time management skills

5)            Analytical, meticulous and attentive to details

6)            Bilingual inEnglish and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
