AI Marketing & Content Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Bilingual Content Creation
Develop English and Chinese content for website product pages, SEO articles, technical white papers, LinkedIn posts and exhibition materials.
Use AI tools to generate initial drafts, followed by human editing and quality checks.
2. AI-Powered Visual & Video Production
Create engaging marketing visuals, product graphics and short-form videos using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Midjourney and other video-generation platforms.
3. LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow up on business enquiries.
Maintain CRM records, monitor customer interactions and track campaign conversion performance.
4. SEO & Digital Marketing
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Manage the SEO content calendar and monitor website traffic, engagement and enquiries using tools such as Semrush and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
5. Technical Content Collaboration
Work closely with product engineers to translate technical datasheets, specifications and product information into clear, customer-friendly marketing content.
6. Content Quality & Technical Accuracy
Ensure all marketing materials are reviewed for accuracy and consistency.
Work within the company's technical content guidelines: AI can assist with content creation, but all external technical indicators and specifications must be verified and approved by engineers.
