Not every leadership role is open all the time. But we’re always interested to meet people who can lead teams, ship impactful product, and improve how we work!

If you’re a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or another product/engineering leader by any other name who loves ownership, data, and building things that matter, we’d like to stay in touch. Tell us what you’d bring to the team, and we’ll consider you for current and future opportunities.

What could you lead

Depending on your background, you might:

Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery

Lead an engineering team: people development, execution, and technical excellence

Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams

Turn insights and data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes

Improve how we work: processes, rituals, tooling, and ways of collaborating

You might be a great fit if you

Have proven experience in product or engineering leadership roles

Are data-driven, comfortable with metrics, and able to prioritize ruthlessly

Communicate clearly and work well with designers, engineers, and stakeholders

Care about impact, not just output — you focus on solving the right problems

Build trust: you give feedback, receive feedback, and help others grow

Are comfortable in an environment with autonomy, ownership, and high expectations

What's it like working here

Focus on impact: fewer pointless meetings, more time for deep work

Autonomous teams: clear goals, ownership, and support when you need it

No drama, low ego: direct communication, transparency, and collaboration

Real customers, real problems: we build to solve meaningful problems, not just ship features

Grown-up fun: team gatherings, offsites, and time together that doesn’t feel forced
