Boutique Store Manager & Team Lead (On-Site Retail)
About the role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and resourceful Store Manager to take ownership of our physical boutique on a full-time basis. You will be a natural sales driver with an eye for styling and a talent for leading teams.
Key responsibilities
Be a key presence on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice, closing sales, and driving the store to consistently hit monthly revenue targets
Recruit, onboard, and train boutique sales associates, managing staff rosters and inspiring a high-performing sales team
Curate elegant window displays, entrance table arrangements, and rail presentations with refined aesthetic taste
Coordinate physical stock intake and displays for curated consignment designer brands
Maintain strict order across the sales floor and backroom
Run daily transactions via Shopify POS
About you
Proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or boutique retail management
Strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for face-to-face selling and customer care
Hands-on experience in recruiting and managing retail staff
Refined aesthetic instinct for interior styling and visual merchandising
Practical proficiency with Shopify POS
