Business Development Executive

We're looking for a driven salesperson to grow VRM's brand portfolio in Singapore and China. You'll find prospects, pitch our services, close deals and see each new brand through onboarding. You'll earn commission on successful onboarded brands.

What you'll do

• Find and prospect Singapore and China brands through outreach, referrals, events and platforms like TikTok Shop, LinkedIn and WeChat


• Pitch VRM's service packages, put together proposals, negotiate terms and close deals


• Build and manage your own sales pipeline toward monthly targets


• Onboard new brands and set clear expectations from day one, so they get off to a good start


• Stay the brand's main contact after signing, resolve any misalignment, and spot chances to renew or upsell


• Help out in the studio during livestreams when needed

What we're looking for

• A natural salesperson: proactive, cheerful, resourceful and motivated by results


• Confident pitching and negotiating, with strong communication skills


• Independent, able to manage your own time, leads and targets


• Fluent in English and Mandarin, to sell to China-based brands


• Some experience in B2B sales or business development; agency, e-commerce or digital marketing background is an advantage


• Familiar with TikTok / TikTok Shop, or keen to learn quickly


• Comfortable with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
