Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s CRM system to improve efficiency and usability
- Develop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRM
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
- Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure system adoption across departments
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead management and customer retention
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM platform
- Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and training abilities for cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
