Job Description
Customer Experience Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and monitor daily customer service performance scores across multiple platforms.
- Perform basic trend analysis and summarise recurring customer feedback themes.
- Review and categorise negative customer feedback and escalation cases across social media and customer service channels.
- Support preparation of summary reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Training & Operations Support
- Assist in managing training attendance and documentation.
- Support training logistics such as preparation of materials and coordination of sessions.
- Create and format PowerPoint slides and training materials according to company standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training and staff development programmes.
Audit & Reporting Support
- Support preparation of store visit and audit reports for stores with lower customer service performance.
- Assist in compiling findings and highlighting improvement opportunities.
- Maintain organised documentation and reporting records.
