Customer Service Executive (E-commerce)

Summary

• Salary: Basic $2600

• Location: Clark Quay

• Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, online and social media enquiries.

• Process daily e-commerce orders and respond to customer emails.

• Pack orders and arrange courier collection.

• Coordinate with labs and shops on stock and lens arrangements.

• Prepare daily reports.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in customer service and communication roles in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, a multi-tasker who is detailed, patience, analytical and a problem solver
