POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Success -Executive (Software Implementation |Account Setup|Client Onboarding) (Mandarin Speaking) to work directly with clients and support them throughout the onboarding and CRM implementation journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, SaaS onboarding, CRM implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and successful product adoption.

Salary : RM 3000 - 5000
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Onboarding & CRM Implementation:
• Manage onboarding and implementation for clients
• Understand client business requirements and configure CRM accordingly
• Conduct virtual product demos, onboarding, and training sessions
• Guide customers through CRM setup, workflows, and best practices
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and successful product adoption
Customer Success & Support
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding
• Provide prompt support and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for client requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with Product, Support, and Tech teams
• Collect customer feedback and share product improvement suggestions
• Maintain onboarding documentation and implementation records
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
-Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
-Must be comfortable handling international clients.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
-2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: IT / Enterprise solutions Implementation, SaaS onboarding, Customer success, Software support, Client training.
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced SaaS environment
-Preferable Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshworks, or any other similar software is an advantage
