Job Description
Responsibilities
· Research marketing trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities
· Create and manage digital content (posts, visuals, short videos, newsletters)
· Design promotional materials for events, branding, and campaigns
· Manage and update social media platforms, monitoring engagement and performance
· Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the firm’s brand and social media presence
· Create lead generation through campaigns and content marketing initiatives
· Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity in social media outreach
· Support simple administrative duties (scheduling, coordination tasks, office organisation/documentation) as needed
Requirements
· Diploma qualification with (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred)
· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
· Prior marketing experience is advantageous
· Basic design knowledge (Etc. Canva, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, LIghtroom)
· Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
· Interest in finance is a plus
