E-Commerce & Administrative Executive

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Packing & Fulfilment

- Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for delivery.

- Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

- Handle returns, exchanges, and order fulfilment matters.

2. System Administration

- Perform data entry and assist with sales reports.

- Maintain stock availability in stock system.

- Ensure product and inventory information is accurate and up to date.

- Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.

3. Customer Service & Administrative Support

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online messaging platforms.

- Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

- Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administration is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to handle packing duties and merchandise.

Job Details

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: S$$2300-$2500 per month

Location: Ubi, Singapore
