E-commerce Production & Fulfillment Assistant (Customised Gifts)

What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities):

• Production & Crafting: Operate and assist with UV printing and laser engraving machines to personalise gifts (training provided).


• Order Fulfillment: Prepare products, accurately verify order details and pack finished items securely.


• Quality Control: Inspect all finished products to ensure high accuracy and zero defects before dispatch.


• Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and coordinate with customer service teams.


• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe air-conditioned production environment.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or digital printing is highly preferred.


• Highly detail-oriented


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment.


• Bonus: Prior experience handling UV printers, engravers, or basic design software like canva


• Working Hours: 5.5 Days. Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and Sunday half-day (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM). Saturdays off.
