E-commerce Warehouse & Logistics Assistant
About the Role
YISOBI is a Korean fashion brand with a growing presence in international e-commerce and live commerce. We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support our daily warehouse activities and online order fulfilment.
In this role, you will be involved in the entire fulfilment process, from checking orders and managing inventory to packing shipments and coordinating deliveries. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Work Eligibility
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce order fulfilment, including order checking, picking, packing and shipment preparation.
Process orders from online sales channels and live commerce activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Monitor warehouse inventory, update stock records and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
Handle different order categories, including Next-Day Delivery (NDD), pre-orders and other priority shipments.
Prepare shipping documents, labels and other fulfilment-related records.
Liaise with logistics providers, warehouse personnel and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain smooth operations.
Assist with returns, exchanges, refunds and other after-sales logistics arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movements and shipment status using Excel or Google Sheets.
Identify operational issues and contribute ideas to improve warehouse workflows and inventory accuracy.
Carry out general warehouse duties and other operational tasks as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on warehouse duties, including picking, packing and handling merchandise.
Strong attention to detail when checking product codes, sizes, colours, quantities and order information.
Able to use Excel or Google Sheets for basic data entry, tracking and record management.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
Responsible, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to learn new systems, follow established procedures and double-check work to minimise errors.
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, order fulfilment or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee or other online selling platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of Korean is an added advantage but not a requirement.
