Proficiency in organisation skills to manage multiple orders and ensure timely delivery
Interest or experience in sales and the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
A background or keen interest in fashion, particularly in personalisation and embroidery techniques
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of embroidery machines or willingness to learn
