The Opportunity

I am supporting my client, a renowned Beauty MNC, and they are hiring an ambitious individual to support the growth of leading consumer brands across APAC and growth markets. This role will focus on enhancing online customer experience, driving digital merchandising excellence, and supporting e-commerce performance across multiple platforms
Location: CBD
Salary: Up to $6000
12 months contract (renewable subjected to performance and business directions)

The Talent

Min Degree in Business or Equivalent
Min 3 years of ecommerce experience
Strong understanding of online customer journeys and digital content optimisation.
Experience collaborating with regional stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects across markets

Job Description

Manage and refresh brand content and visual merchandising assets across e-commerce platforms in line with marketing campaigns and seasonal activities.
Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of product content, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Develop and optimise shopper journeys, product catalogues, on-site search, and digital content to improve customer experience and conversion.
Monitor e-commerce performance, traffic, sales trends, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct e-commerce audits and ensure consistent execution across markets.
Partner with agencies and external partners to create and maintain high-quality digital content.
Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, competitive activities, and industry best practices.
