Key Responsibilities

1. Full Spectrum Accounting & Month-End Closing

• Manage full sets of accounts across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal postings, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial performance reports for senior management.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

• AR: Oversee customer invoicing (B2B clinic clients, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms), track payments, analyze AR aging, and manage debt collections.

• AP: Verify supplier/vendor invoices, prepare payment vouchers, manage local and cross-border disbursements, and reconcile vendor statements.

3. Statutory Compliance, GST & Tax

• Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with IRAS regulations.

• Ensure strict adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax guidelines.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries for annual financial audits and tax filings.

4. Cash Flow & Inventory Financials

• Monitor daily cash flow operations, petty cash management, and bank balances.

• Reconcile inventory movement between accounting systems and warehouse stock records for cost of goods sold (COGS) accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA / LCCI).

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience handling full set accounting in Singapore. Experience in healthcare, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, or ERP systems).
