Fulfilment Warehouse Supervisor
About the role
Overall operation management of the cloud warehouse in Singapore, responsible for process planning and monitoring of the whole link of goods receipt, shelf listing, inventory, delivery and return.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operation of the cloud warehouse in Singapore
Establish, train and manage the warehouse team performance (KPI)
Reasonably allocate manpower and improve team efficiency
Ensure the implementation of SOP
Analyze key data such as inventory turnover rate, delivery timely rate and error rate to identify operational pain points
Propose solutions to continuously optimize warehousing operation logic
Establish a sound inventory taking mechanism to monitor inventory discrepancies
Ensure inventory accuracy
Connect with logistics providers, business departments and customers to deal with abnormal emergencies
Ensure smooth business operations
About you
Diploma or above; majors such as Logistics Management is preferred
Over three years of working experience in warehousing and logistics with frontline operational background
Career progression from Operator to Team Leader to Supervisor highly preferred
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
Proficient in office software including Word and Excel
Solid data analysis capabilities
Proficient in WMS/OMS/ERP and other warehouse management systems
Logical thinking ability for systems
Communicate in both Chinese and English fluently
