Key responsibilities
Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase products, promote sales, and interact with the online audience.
Engage with followers during live sessions, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule social media content and live sessions.
Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, including engagement metrics and sales conversions.
