Description
The Industry Principal Sales Director (WMS) is responsible for leading the Warehouse Management System (WMS) business across APJ, driving growth, building pipeline, and accelerating customer logo acquisition. This role will proactively guide and influence sales motions to position the value proposition of Infor’s WMS and broader supply chain solutions, with a mandate to double the WMS business in the region through focused strategy and execution.
The sales director must have a passion for coaching sellers and elevating WMS conversations across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and e‑commerce industries. This includes enabling teams to articulate compelling warehouse digitalization stories through the lens of customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities include attracting, hiring, retaining, and managing WMS-focused sellers across the APJ region, while providing strategic guidance that enables the team to exceed bookings targets. This role will also partner with solutions marketing, business development, industry teams, and alliance partners to execute regional go‑to‑market plans. Developing strong collaborative relationships with industry sales leaders and APJ leadership is essential.
