Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

• Update website content based on best practices. 


• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for website and chatbot. 


• Conduct UI/UX research to improve website visitors'/chatbot users' experiences. 


• Monitor chatbot conversations for feedback and recommend improvements to its functionalities and responses. 


• Support SEO content review. 


• Update web knowledge management hub. 


• Support the team on ad hoc projects where required. 

Job Requirements:   

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Applied AI, Business IT, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Design (Digital Commerce & Experience), Digital Marketing & Analytics, UI/UX or any related business IT or web disciplines.  


• Good written and verbal communications skills. 


• Analytical and detailed-oriented individual. 


• Exhibits strong initiative, adept at multitasking, and consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines. 


• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 


• Preferably possesses some knowledge of: 


• Programming language such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript 


• Design and web tools, e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager
