Porsche Singapore is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the end-to-end operations of Porsche Lifestyle. This internship offers hands-on exposure to both customer-facing retail operations and back-end supply chain and financial processes. You will work closely with our Porsche Lifestyle team to support logistics coordination, inventory management, and sales performance tracking. 

• Assist with inbound stock coordination, warehouse communication and store replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability.  

• Compile and share monthly reports on transactions, inventory, and sales performance to support business tracking and decision-making.  

• Support SKU-level inventory management, including stock allocation, transfers and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy across systems.  

• Create and manage new product listings on e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product information and pricing. 

• Act as a brand ambassador at the Porsche Studio, delivering a premium customer experience and guiding customers through Porsche Lifestyle collections to drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.  

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, merchandising, replenishment, and inventory checks.  

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and support seasonal product rotations and displays.  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support event execution and offsite pop-up setups. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Retail Management, Business, or a related field. 


• Prior experience in retail operations, supply chain, merchandising, or finance support would be an advantage. 


• Strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 


• High level of accuracy and accountability in handling numerical and operational tasks. 


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong digital aptitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools. 


• Responsible, dependable, and takes ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating accountability in day-to-day operations. 


• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
