IT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Title: IT Administrator

KeyResponsibilities

Providefirst-line IT support to office and warehouse staff, resolving hardware, softwareand connectivity issues.

Manage ITequipment deployment and employee onboarding and offboarding.

Maintain andtroubleshoot office and warehouse networks to support daily operations andstaff internet access.

Administer thecompany’s NAS, website and email systems, including configuration, storage andintegration.

Source andprocure hardware and software that meet business needs.

Develop andmaintain IT policies and documentation, including standard operatingprocedures, disaster      recovery plansand security policies.

Conduct securityaudits and assess IT risks across the organization.

Data ProtectionOfficer (Additional Role)

Serve asVirogreen Singapore’s appointed Data Protection Officer and point of contactwith the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Oversee thecompany’s compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Advise staff onthe handling of personal data and coordinate responses to data protectionmatters.

IT AssetDisposition (ITAD) Assistant

Inspect, test,clean and recondition used IT products, including laptops, to prepare them forresale.

Maintain accurateproduct records and listings on the company’s e-commerce platform.

Process onlineorders and coordinate packing, fulfilment and customer enquiries.

Support thelaunch and day-to-day operations of the company’s business-to-consumer (B2C)sales channel.

Qualifications

Diploma orDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and marketing communications.

Strong understanding of PDPA compliance and data protection principles.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Interest in sustainability and environmental awareness initiatives.
