Job Description
Internship Opportunity – IT & Business Interns
1. IT / Tech Intern (Software Development)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of our platform (web / backend / integrations)
Support system integration with merchants (POS, payment, APIs, etc.)
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
Work closely with the product and business teams to implement new features
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiar with APIs, databases, or cloud services is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
2. Business Intern (Operations / Marketing)
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the food delivery platform
Assist in onboarding and managing merchant partners
Participate in marketing campaigns and user growth initiatives
Conduct market research and analyze user/merchant data
Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Interest in startups, F&B, or e-commerce is a plus
