Description

Join a high-traffic consumer digital platform in a mobile-first environment where you’ll play a hands-on role across platform operations, feature delivery, and user growth initiatives.


You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and Engineering teams to ensure the platform runs smoothly, continuously improves, and delivers measurable impact, while building the foundation to step into a more senior Product role.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support day-to-day platform operations across mobile and web, ensuring stability and performance

  • Manage and groom the product backlog, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria

  • Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements

  • Partner closely with Engineering on sprint planning, release coordination, and delivery tracking

  • Coordinate feature enhancements, bug fixes, and launches with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in executing in-app growth and engagement initiatives to improve activation and retention

  • Support UAT, QA validation, and post-launch monitoring

  • Track product performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements

  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency


Ideal Candidate Profile



  • You have 3+ years of experience in Product, Platform Operations, Growth, or Digital Delivery roles

  • You have experience contributing to feature delivery within a consumer-facing digital product (mobile preferred)

  • You have exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based execution

  • You have experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams and understanding technical constraints

  • You have a structured, analytical, and execution-focused mindset

  • You have strong attention to detail and a proactive ownership mentality

  • You have an ambitious, resilient, and agile personality

  • You have a strong hunger to learn, grow quickly, and take real ownership
