Livestream Host & Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident and responsible Livestream Host & Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in both English and Chinese, enjoy interacting with audiences, and have an interest in livestreaming, social media and online sales.
Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in hosting and conducting livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee and other social media platforms.
Introduce and demonstrate products, explain product features and promotions, and engage with viewers during livestream sessions.
Interact with audiences in both English and Chinese, respond to comments and answer product-related enquiries.
Support livestream preparation, including product arrangement, lighting, equipment setup and promotional materials.
Assist with livestream content planning, short video filming and basic content creation.
Monitor livestream performance and assist in improving audience engagement and sales conversion.
Follow up on customer enquiries and support online sales activities.
Perform other marketing and livestream-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interested in livestreaming, social media, e-commerce and online sales.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, retail or customer service will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 per month.
Attractive performance-based commission.
Expected total monthly earnings of SGD 4,000+ depending on sales performance.
