Key responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Create and coordinate content across digital, social media, websites and channels
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency
Demonstrate and explain product features and functions to customers to support informed purchasing decisions
Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers' needs to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with counterparts to provide accurate and timely information to customers for effective service delivery
Complete and file all sales and administrative documents
