Job Description

Do you love creating videos, planning campaigns, and turning ideas into engagement (and sales)?
TaraBliss is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Marketing Communications Executive who lives and breathes social media, content creation, and digital marketing — across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS (RedBook), LinkedIn, website, Google, and livestream platforms.
If you enjoy planning shoots, editing videos, managing multiple platforms, and seeing your content come to life, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Create & Tell Our Brand Story
Plan, shoot, edit, and post photo & video content for social media, website, ads, and in-store use
Create engaging educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content that fits each platform
Write captions, hooks, scripts, and marketing copy that people actually want to read and watch
Stay on top of trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates
Run Our Social Media (Multi-Platform)
Manage TaraBliss’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS (RedBook), LinkedIn, and more
Plan content calendars and adapt content for different platforms
Track performance and tweak content to improve reach, engagement, and saves
Livestream & Social Commerce
Plan and support livestream sessions (TikTok Live, IG Live, Shopee Live, etc.)
Help with livestream scripts, product highlights, promos, and engagement flow
Work with hosts or team members to make livestreams fun, smooth, and conversion-focused
E-commerce & Digital
Support TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada campaigns and Seller Centre activities
Assist with product listings, promotions, and performance tracking
Help drive traffic from content to e-commerce platforms
Website, Google & Campaigns
Update and manage the WordPress website (content, visuals, basic SEO)
Support Google presence (Google Business Profile, content updates, visibility)
Prepare digital and print materials for campaigns, launches, and events
Events & Collabs
Support in-house events, brand launches, and marketing activations
Coordinate brand collaborations, content collabs, and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or communications
Very comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS (RedBook), LinkedIn, website & Google
Strong eye for visuals + good writing skills
Confident using tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite (or similar)
Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada Seller Centres (or willing to learn fast)
Enjoys juggling multiple platforms and projects
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a creator mindset
