Job Description
Join Archangel Digital Studios, a fast-growing powerhouse boutique digital marketing agency in Singapore. We work with exciting brands across F&B, education, lifestyle, wellness, and more. We’re looking for a responsible and organised individual with a good understanding of digital marketing to support our growing team remotely.

Responsibilities
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing tasks
- Follow up with team members to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
- Support campaign coordination across social media and digital platforms
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and project organisation
- Ensure client requests and feedback are communicated clearly
- Utilise AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
Requirements
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects at once
- Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus Skills
- Previous agency or account servicing experience
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Copywriting or content coordination experience
