About Kerdence Systems
Kerdence Systems is a Singapore-based software company specialising in customised business management and automation solutions. We help businesses manage enquiries, bookings, quotations, scheduling and customer follow-ups through software systems designed around their operations.
We're looking for a creative, motivated individual to help build our brand presence, coordinate marketing activities and support our company's growth.
No previous experience required. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate digital marketing activities and campaigns.
Manage and develop the company's social media presence.
Create content, announcements and promotional materials.
Research target audiences, industries and marketing opportunities.
Develop ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.
Support B2B lead-generation activities.
Collaborate with the sales department on marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and identify improvements.
Maintain consistent branding and professional communication.
Provide regular marketing updates to the Executive.
Requirements
Interest in marketing, branding and business development.
Creative thinking and willingness to explore new ideas.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Willingness to learn tools such as Canva and marketing analytics software.
Good organisation and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
Reliable, proactive and open to feedback.
Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
No previous marketing or leadership experience required. Beginners, students, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
