Marketing Manager

About the role

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and support business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns across online and offline channels and works closely with sales, product, and external partners, as well as focusing on trade marketing, retail activation, digital marketing, and collaboration with distributors, dealers, and internal sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies

• Execution of Retail promotion and all retails personal should be brief before rolling out

• Collecting feedback from Retails and track campaign effectiveness

• Involve in the Monthly Retail marketing meeting

• Manage marketing budget

• Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and campaigns

• Oversee digital marketing, content, events, and public relations activities

• Work closely with Suppliers to get them to support the marketing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant pure marketing experience.

• Experience in retail marketing, digital campaigns and e-commerce.

• Strong written and spoken English, with excellent writing and organisational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
