About the Role
The merchandiser prepares products for sale. The role covers condition checks, refurbishment, online listings and inventory records, so that every item is accurately described and well presented.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect products for condition and report any issues or concerns to the relevant specialist or supervisor.
· Check that product details and specifications match records.
· Arrange servicing, cleaning or refurbishment with approved service providers when needed.
· Photograph products and prepare accurate product information for online listings.
· Work with the Marketing team to select and publish products on online platforms.
· Handle general product enquiries from customers and internal teams.
· Keep proper records, documentation and inventory details.
· Track stock levels and flag slow-moving items.

Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, inventory or a related role is an advantage. For those without experience, training will be provided.
Interest in luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
Basic photography skills and computer literate (basic systems, documentation and uploads).
Detail-oriented, trustworthy and a clear communicator.
Willing to learn and able to work both on their own and in a team.
