Job Summary

You will support outlet operations by replenishing stocks, processing sales orders, managing inventory, and maintaining displays to ensure smooth sales and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stocks at various outlets to maintain product availability


• Process new sales orders accurately to support sales operations


• Conduct stock counts to verify inventory levels and accuracy


• Monitor stock movement and adjust for markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs to optimize inventory management


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and fulfill their needs to enhance customer satisfaction


• Maintain and update planograms and product displays to ensure visual merchandising standards


• Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers and channel partners to support business growth


• Stay informed on industry best practices to improve operational effectiveness


• Coordinate with outlet staff to update and maintain accurate stock lists
