Online Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the online targets for the Electrical category. Build and execute seasonal, promotional, and product-launch merchandising calendars (e.g., Black Friday, Mega Sales, Tech Week).

• Collaborate with Category Buyers and Commercial Merchandisers to ensure optimal online product range, competitive pricing, promotional mechanics, and timely replenishment of high-velocity electrical goods.

• Partner closely with the Digital Marketing teams on customer acquisition, retention, and paid performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates).

• Partner with the online content team to optimize category navigation, landing pages, site search, product listings (PDPs), and recommendation widgets to maximize traffic conversion.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Fulfillment teams to track delivery lead times, order defect rates, and stock availability across fulfillment centers. Monitor operational metrics and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4–7 years in online merchandising, omni channel category management, preferably within consumer electronics, small/large domestic appliances.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail math, sales and margins, inventory planning, and competitive pricing frameworks.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics ). Preferably with social commerce experience.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated track record of aligning marketing, commercial buying, and logistics functions to hit unified commercial goals.

• Analytical Skills: Advanced data manipulation skills (Excel/Sheets, Tableau); comfortable translating funnel data into actionable merchandising strategies.
