Operation Executive

About the role

This Operations Executive role involves managing day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly, including order fulfilment, inventory management, e-commerce platform updates, and support for product launches and weekly livestreams. You will be responsible for picking and packing online orders, handling customer exchanges and returns, receiving and organising stock shipments, uploading and maintaining product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop, preparing materials for product launches, and supporting livestream preparation. The role requires accuracy, organisation, and proactive problem-solving to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly
• Pick and pack online orders accurately and prepare parcels for courier collection
• Handle customer exchanges, returns and showroom walk-ins
• Receive and unpack incoming cargo shipments
• Check, sort and organise new stocks across racks, shelves and storage areas
• Conduct regular stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records
• Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop
• Ensure product information, pricing, variants and inventory are accurately reflected across platforms
• Plan and coordinate operational requirements for upcoming product launches
• Support the planning and preparation of weekly livestreams

• Team player: positive, flexible and willing to support where needed
• Able to work on-site and support weekly livestreams and product launches
• Comfortable with hands-on work including packing, stock handling and organising inventory
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee is a plus but training can be provided
