About the role
An established technology and logistics solutions company is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage product packing, labelling, order processing, inventory coordination, and shipment arrangements. Products include cosmetics, fragrances, and FMCG household goods.
Key responsibilities
Pack, label, and prepare finished products according to company and customer requirements.
Design, print, and apply product labels, stickers, and batch numbers accurately.
Perform quality checks to ensure correct labelling, packaging, and product condition.
Sort, organise, and prepare products for storage and dispatch.
Coordinate with clients on order quantities, schedules, and delivery arrangements.
Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
Monitor inventory levels, packaging materials, and stock availability.
Arrange shipments with courier companies and logistics providers.
Track deliveries and provide shipment updates to clients.
Support daily warehouse and order fulfilment operations.
About you
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, packing, labelling, or order fulfilment.
Experience handling cosmetics, fragrances, or FMCG products is advantageous.
Familiar with stock control, inventory management, and shipping documentation.
Able to read and follow product labelling instructions accurately.
Meticulous, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for order processing and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet fulfilment deadlines.
