Job Description
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Support the team in resolving customer complaints and operational issues.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Assist with order amendments, cancellations and delivery adjustments.
Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Process customer orders, order confirmations and delivery arrangements.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or a related discipline.
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of customer service and end-to-end order management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
