Part-Time Digital Marketing & Business Development Consultant
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Development Consultant to help our established commercial interior fit-out and renovation company expand its client base and generate new business opportunities in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute practical marketing strategies that generate genuine project enquiries and qualified leads
Manage Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns
Reach F&B chains, retail brands, office tenants, property owners, developers and commercial clients
Improve the company's online presence, website visibility and lead conversion
Deliver measurable results focused on qualified leads and genuine business opportunities
About you
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition, preferably in the construction, commercial renovation, interior fit-out or B2B services industries
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn marketing and other effective B2B marketing channels
Experience in reaching F&B chains, retail brands, office tenants, property owners, developers and commercial clients
Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven track record of delivering measurable results
