Pick and Pack Assiatant

Job Scope / Responsibilities

1. Process and manage daily e-commerce orders, including checking order details and preparing orders for fulfilment.

2. Arrange delivery routes and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

3. Pick, pack and prepare goods according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

4. Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone or online platforms and provide basic order assistance.

5. Perform stock replenishment and inventory checking, and ensure products are properly arranged and stored.

6. Assist with general warehouse and e-commerce operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
