As a Principal Consultant, you will lead large-scale transformation projects, drive business development, and mentor teams across Financial Services, covering Banking & Markets, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You’ll shape client agendas, influence senior stakeholders, and embed AI and digital capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities



  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.


  • Identify new business opportunities, shape deals, and contribute to proposals and pricing strategy.


  • Coach and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.


  • Ensure profitability and revenue growth through strategic account management.


  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.


  • Oversee quality assurance of delivery and support the development of innovative propositions.


  • Demonstrate sense-making: form points of view, connect data and insights to business outcomes, and guide clients through ambiguity and change.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.


  • 8+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of delivery and leadership.


  • Expertise in strategic problem-solving, industry knowledge, and commercial acumen.


  • Experience leading Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management projects:


  • Banking: Domain expert/lead with experience in large-scale banking projects.


  • Insurance: Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and AI implementation across key insurance functions.


  • WAM: Delivers WAM-focused solutions in digital, regulatory, and operating model redesign.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Hands-on experience with business transformation, automation, or digital innovation projects.


  • Relevant experience in the Insurance Industry or management consulting with a specific focus on digital or AI transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims


  • Familiar with operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model, AI use cases and implementation


  • Demonstrates a strong grasp of the project lifecycle and effectively applies these principles to process design, system implementation, and the creation of client deliverables


  • Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working


  • Experience working on large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams


  • Demonstrated ability to shape deals, manage P&L responsibility, and drive revenue growth.
