About Us

DAELITE is a boutique beauty studio in Singapore specialising in personalised brow design and embroidery. We are a close-knit team that values professionalism, creativity, teamwork and attention to detail.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and self-motivated Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily operations, customer communications and basic marketing activities.

1. Customer Service & Appointment Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms.




• Provide customers with service information, price lists and appointment availability.




• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders.




• Follow up with customers and politely request Google reviews after their appointments.




• Maintain consistent, timely and disciplined communication with customers.

2. Personal Assistant & Administrative Support

• Assist the Director remotely with daily administrative and operational tasks.




• Keep track of assigned tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.




• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.




• Attend a weekly team meeting to discuss progress, priorities and upcoming activities.

3. Social Media & Marketing Support

• Assist with posting Instagram Stories and other social media content.




• Perform basic photo editing using Meitu and similar applications.




• Share promotional materials, price lists and service information with customers.




• Support the marketing team with simple content preparation and coordination.

• Work Location: Primarily remote / work from home.




• Team Meetings: Once a week.




• Team Size: Small and friendly team of 4, including you.




• Team Bonding: Monthly team lunch or dinner.




• Working Hours: To be discussed.

• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently without constant supervision.




• Good written English and communication skills.




• Responsive, organised and attentive to details.




• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and basic editing applications such as Meitu.




• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.




• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




• Previous experience in customer service, administration or social media is an advantage, but not essential.

• Flexible, primarily remote working environment.
