Retail Assistant

About the role

This is a retail boutique position focused on delivering excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service

• Assist customers with clothing selection, sizing, fitting and styling recommendations

• Promote products and achieve sales targets

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the boutique is clean and tidy

• Handle cashier duties, payments and sales transactions accurately

• Replenish merchandise, arrange stock and assist with stocktaking

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally

• Support promotions, sales campaigns and daily store operations

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good customer service and sales-oriented mindset

• Responsible, trustworthy and well-organised

• Able to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

• Flexible to work retail shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

• Positive, professional attitude and proactive approach

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with customers.
